Advanced Harvest Records
The Advanced Harvest Records tool adds additional functionality for users to record accurate and detailed yield records. This new feature allows users to track harvest loads from Field to Storage, Field to Point of Sale, and Storage to Point of Sale. For each load, moisture percentage may be captured in order for shrink loss to be calculated. Once a load is put into storage, users can track total bushels per bin or storage location. When a load is removed from storage, the remaining balance will decrease. With the addition of this feature, several new reports related to Advanced Harvest Records have been added to Land.db.
To access the Advanced Harvest Records tool, go to the Harvest Menu and select Advanced Harvest Records.

Manage Product Information
A new menu item has been added to Land.db called Manage Product Information. The Manage Product Information screen features three tabs labeled: Products, REI/PHI, and Active Ingredients.
On the Products tab, users are now given the ability to view Label and MSDS information from within Land.db. Also on the Products tab, users are able to adjust a product’s Visibility if they desire to hide a product from showing up in their list of selected products.
The REI/PHI tab allows users to review REI/PHI values for each product selected from the masterlist. REI/PHI values will automatically be populated; however, users have the option to adjust these if necessary. Also on the REI/PHI page, Maximum Use Per Season can be captured.
The Active Ingredients tab provides a place for users to capture Maximum AI Per Season for all selected active ingredients by crop. By entering the Max AI Per Season, users can monitor their percentage of allowable AI applied per acre for each field. A new Active Ingredient section has been added to the Applied Products tab which allows users to quickly view the amount of each AI applied to each field.
To access the Manage Product Information tool, go to Products and select Manage Product Information.

Sustainability Tab
A new Sustainability tool has been added to Land.db that provides users a way to compare their farming practices against state and national averages. A simple step-by-step interface guides users through each step of the evaluation. Once completed, an Energy Summary and graph will be provided to show how a particular field compares to the state and national averages. There are many ways to benefit from utilizing this tool; from finding ways to improve your own farming practices, to utilizing the data to provide documentation for NRCS and CSP programs.
To activate the Sustainability plugin, go to Tools - Options – Plugins and verify that the Sustainability plugin is active. Next, locate the Services tab within the masterlist by going to Products – Select Products. Under the Services tab, type the word “Energy” into the search box and check the box next to each product with a manufacturer of “Energy”. Next, perform a search for “Tillage Systems” and select the items appropriate to your operation. Finally, select the crop level of a field in the tree, click on the Sustainability tab, and walk through the process to see how your farm compares to state and national averages.
