Stacey Arnett - Office Manager

Stacey Arnett has been a key member of the Ag Connections team since October 2006. As a member of the Support Team, she helps coordinate logistics at Ag Connections, including shipping and receiving, helping customers, and managing the customer database. Few employees can claim to be in greater contact with Ag Connections’ customers and affiliates on a daily basis than her. In addition to her support duties she is also responsible for managing all of the customer contracts and software licensing. She also helps in billing of license fees and computer payments.

Stacey graduated from Murray State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Systems Technology. Having grown up a few miles from Ag Connections, Stacey is familiar with the area and is happy to work so close to her roots. She lived on a family farm that produced tobacco, soybeans, corn and wheat. Her experiences in the agricultural lifestyle help her relate to the Ag Connections customer base.

Joe Ben Bogle - Business Lead

Joe Ben Bogle has been a part of the Ag Connections team since 2004. He supervises the Support team, manages purchasing & licensing, and oversees customer master data.

Joe Ben graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness (‘03) and a Master of Business Administration (‘04). While at Murray State, he was a Presidential Scholar, a graduate of the Honors Program, a Study Abroad participant, and Outstanding Senior in Agribusiness. Prior to college he was involved in his family’s farming operation. Joe Ben also serves on the Murray-Calloway County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and has served as an Adjunct Lecturer and Ag Alumni President at MSU.

Tyler Dodson - Support Specialist

Tyler Dodson began his career at Ag Connections in May 2017 while finishing his Bachelors of Science in the area of Telecommunications Systems Management with an emphasis in Wireless Technologies, Network Security, and Systems Administration at Murray State University. He started working full time after he graduated in December of 2017 and currently provides customer support as well as support for general hardware, network, and personal computing issues.

Tyler grew up in Fancy Farm, a small town in Western Kentucky, where he developed a deep appreciation for agriculture at a young age working on his family farm and helping other local farmers. His prior work experience in the information technology field and area of study at Murray State allow him to troubleshoot and resolve the different software, hardware, and networking issues experienced by customers.

Ashley Harpole - Support Specialist

Ashley joined the Ag Connections support team in May of 2017. She graduated from Murray State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science Technology with an emphasis in Public Service and Leadership. While in college, Ashley developed her customer service skills by working at a call center for a pharmaceutical company, as well as working in the Student Disability Services and Financial Aid offices on campus. She also served as a counselor for the Institute for Future Agricultural Leaders conference, and was a study abroad participant with the Hutson School of Agriculture.

Prior to college, Ashley's passion for the agricultural field was cultivated through her experiences and involvement with the FFA. Her enthusiasm for helping others allows her to effectively serve Ag Connections. customers.

Starla Hicks - Support Specialist

Starla began working for Ag Connections in May of 2017. She joined the customer support team as a senior at Murray State University and was able to work part-time until she graduated in December of 2017. Starla has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and a minor in Agriculture. As a support specialist, she provides general support for customers and assists them with questions regarding the software. Starla also creates software training videos along with managing the Ag Connections social media platforms.

Prior to working at Ag Connections, Starla worked in the food service industry for 5 years, allowing her to gain customer service skills that has helped tremendously in her new position. She enjoys speaking with growers and being able to serve them through answering general support calls as well as through the various forms of media she manages.

Trent Murdock - Support Specialist

Trent joined Ag Connections in 2016. Prior to that he graduated from Murray State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Agricultural Science Degree and then again in 2012 with a Masters of Agricultural Science Degree.

Trent served as the Agricultural and Natural Resources Agent for the University of Kentucky in Graves County for three years. He was brought up on a row crop, tobacco, and chicken farm. Trent's history has given him a deep appreciation of Agriculture from a host of different perspectives.

Trent is still involved with Agriculture on a producer level. He has a cottage business producing pure Sweet Sorghum Syrup (Sorghum Molasses) and also raises tobacco with his family.

Greg Reynolds - Support Manager

Greg began working for Ag Connections in November of 2014. He brought with him over 20 years of experience in Customer Service, having worked in this capacity for 21 years for a transportation service provider and then 2 years for a farm equipment dealership. Greg was raised on a diversified livestock, tobacco and grain farm in Bowling Green, KY before moving to Murray in 1991. He and his wife own a small cow/calf beef operation near Murray. Greg’s agricultural heritage and his years in Customer Support provide him with the empathy needed to assist growers with their Agriculture software issues.

James "Rob" Waid - Support Specialist

James “Rob” Waid began his career at Ag Connections on January 2nd, 2013. His primary role is to provide customers with excellent support in Ag Connection’s software systems as well as general hardware, networking, and personal computing problems. James graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelor of Science in the area of Telecommunications Systems Management in 2012. In the area of Telecommunications Systems Management, there are four independent fields of study; Database Administration, Information Security, Wireless Technologies, and Systems Administration. James chose to study Information Security and Wireless Technologies feeling that these fields would be the most challenging and interesting.

Prior to graduating from Murray State, James worked as a Systems Administrator in Waterfield Library. His primary responsibilities were to oversee and work with all technologies throughout Murray State’s library systems and assist the faculty and staff with projects, upgrades, and problems. James enjoys learning new things and helping people find solutions to problems that constantly arise in the world of Information Technology.

Jeremy York - Support Specialist

Jeremy began his career at Ag Connections in February 2014. His primary role is to provide customer support in assistance with any software questions, troubleshooting and installations.

Jeremy graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelor of Arts in the Business field in 2012. Jeremy was a First Year Leader while in college as he assisted incoming Freshmen in their transition from life in High School to College. Jeremy is also actively involved in his church as a member of the Budget Committee and a Sunday School Teacher Assistant. He has held numerous customer service work and volunteer related positions prior to Ag Connections that have been crucial in being able to deliver excellent support to customers today.

Jeremy believes that the key to success to any career is being both effective and efficient in the work place. This business model has even helped him in his career and even starting his own successful part time eBay business. Jeremy also enjoys being presented with challenges that drive him to finding solutions for any problems being presented to him. His outgoing personality and desire to help others makes working at Ag Connections not a job, but a career.
